Presentation at the Japan Society for Maintenance Engineering: Indicators for Identifying Load and Operating Conditions of Rotary Vacuum Pumps Based on MEMS Vibration Sensor Measurement Data Analysis
Our company conducts vibration measurement and analysis of rotary vacuum pumps. Recently, we presented part of these results at the Spring Conference of the Japan Society for Maintenance Engineering, titled "Indicators for Identifying Pump Load and Operating Conditions Based on MEMS Vibration Sensor Measurement Data for Rotary Vacuum Pumps."
